Before beginning your warranty claim online, be sure you have:

Images of the product and damage area (as outlined below)

Please note: Effective January 1, 1994, Quaker Plastic's warranty is valid for 25 Years. All stairs manufactured prior to 1994 have a 10 Year warranty from purchase/ manufacturing date (if proof of purchase date is not available).
